Sales Support Team Member

For the Affoltern am Albis location, we are looking for support in our Sales Support Team in the Consumer Lighting sector with a working scope of 80%-100%. As a Sales Support Officer, you will take on sales support tasks and be part of our core team. You will support our Key Account Managers and play an important role in ongoing projects and daily operations.

Your Main Tasks

• Central customer contact in close coordination with the responsible Key Account Manager
• Daily contact with customers, Key Account Managers, and various international corporate locations
• Order processing and coordination of order entries including schedule monitoring
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Continuous optimization of operations and processes
• Order management
• Preparing actions and promotions
• Support for individual customer trainings D/F
• Various administrative tasks

Your Ideal Qualifications

• You have a completed commercial vocational training or similar education
• Ideally, first experience in sales support
• Team capability and enjoyment of collaboration
• Stylish communication in German and English, French is advantageous
• Very good IT skills, especially in MS-Office
