Sales Specialist
Key Areas of Responsibility:
This role is responsible for sales execution with a short-term and medium-term orientation.
They can be part of a project team looking at new project opportunities and sales prospects.
Maintains close customer contact through frequent and productive sales visits.
Manages customers offer performance.
Delivers assigned financial targets.
Establishes strong customer intimacy and nurtures relationships with key customer contacts.
During customer visits responsible for ensuring stock availability, collect orders, manage product range and mix, sell-in, instore activity, demand creation activity.
In the project business, this role is primarily responsible for owning projects assigned by various Key Account Managers. This includes S&S, VAP, Agriculture, and Professional Projects (Public, O&I, R&H).
In the distribution business, this role is primarily responsible for securing solid sell-out from the sales outlets located within a given sales territory - e.g. local wholesale branches (Professional), individual DIY stores (Consumer).
Closely collaborates with relevant Key Account Managers and cross-functional Signify Account Teams.
