This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Maintenance Engineer in Professional Piła with Signify.

This role is responsible for the optimization of the maintenance process as well as focused improvements of the equipment.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Plan, design and/or co-ordinate engineering projects related to the improvement of the production capacity, quality and/or efficiencies.
• Maintain and improve line performance wrt planned and unplanned downtime
• Solving complex electrical or mechanical breakdowns on equipment/production
• Responsible for maintenance costs, reporting maintenance indicators
• Responsible for keeping maintenance and machines documentation up to date
• Manages and coaches project team members

Skills & experience:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering skills incl machine safety and ergonomics
• Drives Operational Excellence, Lean methods and tools
• HVAC and technical infrastructure experience would be a great advantage
• TPM experience
• Problem-solving capability
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Project management techniques
