That includes facing and solving conflicts between expectations, standards and costs. We are looking for a proactive, customer acquainted and analytically skilled Logistics Account Manager for the North Eastern European market to join our team. This dynamic role blends customer relationship management with data-driven analysis to enhance operational efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and deliver strategic insights. In this role, you will engage directly with a diverse range of customers, including purchasers, logistics professionals, and warehouse managers, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as Key Account Managers, Commercial Management teams, and Supply Chain leaders across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts related to logistic
  • Playing an essential role in contract negotiations, making sure logistics standards are implemented in all commercial contracts for Key account customers
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities (primarily on last mile delivery)
  • Monitor logistics performance metrics (cost, service level)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics strategies

More about you

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders (ability to read the room).
  • Enthusiastic and customer-focused, with a natural talent for building connections.
  • Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
