More About The Role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a HR Generalist in Cairo, Egypt with Signify.

This role is based in our new factory in 10th of Ramadan City, where you will play a pivotal role in building and driving HR excellence in a teamwork environment. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple HR functions, gaining broad exposure to key areas such as:

• Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Performance Management: Partner with teams to implement performance processes that empower and grow our people.
• Payroll and Administration: Ensure seamless payroll execution and handle essential HR administrative tasks with precision.
• Talent Development: Support recruitment and onboarding, while also helping to create training and development opportunities for employees.
