More About The Role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Field Support Engineer in Eindhoven with Signify. You'll be responsible for servicing and supporting Signify B2B customers to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You'll be using our latest connected technology to offer customers next level of remote support. You'll be part of the Signify Customer Services team, consisting of 12 driven Field & Remote Service/Support Engineers and Services Contract Managers, whom are responsible for Customer Care and Service within the Netherlands.

  • Technical claim handling and incident resolution

  • Diagnostics and root-cause determination

  • Analyse and solve application failures, support software upgrades

  • Remote customer support (working from Eindhoven)

  • Remote system commissioning and optimization

  • Installed base Maintenance Services

  • Propose additional services, negotiate with customers on the proposed solutions and associated costs

  • Provide training to customers upon request

  • Improve functional excellence

More About You

  • Native speaker Dutch & professional proficiency English

  • Owner of a technical degree e.g. in electrical engineering, IT or similar, we are open for fresh graduates!

  • You're willing to learn about the technical service industry

  • Customer service minded and strong communicator

  • Experience from the lighting industry is a plus but not a requirement
