About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our team in Vilnius for a maternity cover contract (1.5 years). You will be the marketing force behind our Dokobit product, shaping how we communicate its value to the world. If you have a passion for storytelling, a knack for digital marketing, and love working with product teams, this role is for you!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior marketer with 1-2 years of experience to take ownership and make a real impact.

What You Will Do:

• Email Marketing: You'll design and manage our email campaigns, creating automated journeys that keep our customers engaged and informed.
• Product Messaging: You'll craft compelling, product-focused content for our various marketing channels, ensuring our message is always clear and effective.
• Content & SEO: You'll write engaging blog posts and optimize our content for search engines to help more people find us online.
• Feature Launches: You will team up with our product experts to successfully launch new features, creating blog posts, website updates, and other promotional materials.
• Performance Analysis: You'll use tools like Mixpanel to track how our marketing efforts are performing and use that data to make smart decisions.
• Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our product, content, and other internal teams to ensure all our marketing efforts are aligned and successful.
• Product Champion: You will be a key driver for product initiatives, ensuring new features and updates are communicated effectively to our audience.

What We Expect:

• 1-2 years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactively collaborate with different Dokobit teams to ensure alignment and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing automation and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Clevertap, Product Fruits) is a plus.
• Full professional fluency in English, Lithuanian as a plus.

Salary

3,500-4,300 €/mon. gross. We are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
