Maintenance Of Ac Facilities

Maintain the working condition of AC facilities; minimize the power consumption and operational cost; make a good record of monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance reports.

1. Obey the rules for the team member; do work according to arrangement by supervisor.

2. Ensure the normal operation of the hotel exhaust system, machine room host system, cooling tower system and cold storage system, reduce the cost and energy consumption as far as possible on this premise; regularly replace the fan, FCU, AHU and filter screen.

3. Operation team member on duty should check equipment and make record of equipment running.

4. Plumber on duty should make full preparation, when receive the maintenance order, take actions quickly and report to captain or supervisor after done.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

1. Strong background of hotel chiller sets, A.H.U equipment repair and maintenance.

2. Both electrical and mechanic knowledge required.

Required Qualifications:

1. Should have at least 3 years air condition, refrigeration working experience.

2. Graduated from professional school.
