Located along Kaua'i's famed coastline and adjacent to the award-winning Ocean Course at Hokuala, the resort will feature 210 thoughtfully designed guestrooms and suites, a signature restaurant and bar, and flexible meeting and event spaces. Inspired by the island's deep connection to the land, the design blends contemporary sophistication with the warmth of Hawaiian tradition to create serene, modern retreats. Rooted in authenticity and infused with aloha, Hale Hokuala Kauai will offer a guest experience that feels distinctly Hawaiian—and unmistakably Curio.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will serve as the hotel's representative to prospective clients and customers seeking guestrooms, meeting space, food and beverage services, and more. In this role, you will:

• Respond to sales inquiries and initiate new business opportunities
• Prospect, qualify, and solicit potential clients
• Conduct site visits, entertain clients, and provide detailed property information
• Prepare proposals, determine rates, negotiate contracts, and service assigned accounts
• Analyze lost business to strengthen future sales opportunities
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue and room night goals
• Partner with internal departments to ensure all requested services are delivered seamlessly

This role plays a critical part in shaping the commercial success of a landmark opening on Kaua'i.
