Der große und moderne Veranstaltungsbereich des Hauses verfügt über 30 lichtdurchflutete Veranstaltungsräume mit großem Ballsaal. Alle 550 Zimmer und Suiten sind nach den höchsten Standards gestaltet. Wir verbinden das Beste aus beiden Welten, der Stadt und den Bergen. What Will You Do?

• Akquise von Neukunden, sowie Pflege der Bestandskunden (sowohl face to face, als auch telefonisch und in Schriftform)
• Verhandlung und Abschluss von Corporate Verträgen
• Proaktive Unterstützung beim Vertragsabschluss von Veranstaltungsverträgen
• Präsentation des Hotels auf Messen, Networking Events und Workshops
• Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Verkaufsreisen & Fam Trips, sowie deren eigenständige Durchführung
• Analyse von Markttrends und Aktivitäten der Mitbewerber, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren
• Pflege von Kundendaten im CRM
• Unterstützung beim Training und der Einarbeitung von neuen Team Membern/Azubis
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen des Hotels, um ein außergewöhnliches Gästeerlebnis zu schaffen

What Do You Bring With You?

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelbereich oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Positive Einstellung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Organisationsgeschick
• Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
• Eigeninitiative
• Spaß an der Arbeit mit internationalen Kunden und Kollegen
• Starke Verhandlungsfähigkeiten

Für diese Position wäre es von Vorteil, wenn Sie die folgenden Fähigkeiten und Eigenschaften nachweisen könnten:

• Kenntnis des Münchner Marktes
• Erfahrungen in der Hotellerie
