The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia Center City is centrally located in the heart of Philadelphia's cultural district on Broad Street just south of City Hall, on the Avenue of the Arts. Hotel has 481 guestrooms and 27,300 sq. ft. of flexible function space.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of experience in hotel sales, with a strong familiarity with local catering sales and the SMERF booking segment. They possess a proven track record of converting group leads into successful bookings and are highly motivated to act on opportunities. This candidate consistently delivers positive results, demonstrating creativity and enthusiasm in showcasing the hotel to potential group clients.
Shift Pattern: Traditional office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with required flexibility required to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays based on assigned group bookings and client engagement events.
Pay Rate: This is an hourly position with a starting pay of $34.00 per hour, based on experience, and includes participation in a sales incentive plan.
