As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experience. You'll lead a dynamic team of leaders to not only meet but exceed our brand's service standards. Actively engaging with guests, you'll ensure their needs are met from arrival to departure.

Provide effective leadership to the hotel management team and team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded. Assist in the development of hotel budgets and other short- and long-term hotel strategic goals. Actively manage key property issues and projects such as ESG and hotel renovations. Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments to meet and exceed guest expectations. Coach department leaders to ensure their costs are controlled throughout the operational departments. Analyse results and highlight opportunities to take appropriate action. Actively seek guest feedback to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction. Respond to audits that are completed to ensure continual improvement is achieved. Comply and exceed hotel and company service standards.

Strong commercial acumen, preferably within Rooms Management in a similar sized hotel. Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high levels of performance and strive to exceed targets. Excellent people motivator; strong communication and leadership skills. Goal-oriented with obvious drive and self-motivation.
