The Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort is looking for a dynamic candidate for their Membership and Leisure Sales Manager.
An ideal setting for inspiring meetings and social events, the hotel offers 10,000 sq. ft. of indoor event space, including a main ballroom, ten breakout rooms, and an oceanfront outdoor venue. This 25-story, all-suite hotel features 374 Oceanview suites with modern comforts. Perfectly positioned on Fort Lauderdale's exclusive North Beach—between Sunrise and Las Olas boulevards—it blends international sophistication with a relaxed tropical atmosphere, offering guests the best of coastal South Florida.
Our ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in hospitality membership, leisure sales, or recreational activities within a full-service hotel, along with strong administrative and multitasking skills. This individual will support and enhance the hotel's membership program while nurturing leisure sales and travel agency accounts.
Pay Rate: This hourly role ranges from $26.00 to $28.50 per hour, depending on experience, and is eligible to participate in the Hilton Sales Incentive Plan.
Shift Pattern: While can be primarily Monday–Friday, office hours, the candidate must demonstrate flexibility to adjust their schedule as needed to support schedules for member events and client appointments.

What will I be doing?
This position encompasses two roles, similarly routed in building relationships and maximizing revenue – Leisure Sales & Q Club Membership.
The Membership Manager is responsible for the end-to-end member experience, from initial recruitment and sales to daily engagement and long-term retention. As the primary ambassador for the Q Club, you will ensure that our residents and elite members receive the five-star service synonymous with Beach House Fort Lauderdale. You will curate exclusive events, manage the "preferred status" benefits across our oceanfront resort.

The Leisure Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales strategies, finding new strategic accounts, and building relationships with existing accounts.

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase production across all managed accounts.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with leisure travel partners, key accounts, and clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities by tracking leisure trends, competitor activities, and travel trends to stay ahead in the market.
Event Representation: Represent the organization at trade shows, roadshows, and sales missions to promote leisure offerings and network with potential clients.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance and adjust sales strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in luxury membership management, high-end real estate, or private club operations. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality leisure sector with a strong understanding of leisure travel.
Hospitality Mindset: A "yes-first" attitude with the ability to handle high-net-worth individuals with poise and professionalism.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent the brand at high-profile community events.
Flexibility: Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for member events and holiday celebrations.
