The Marketing Executive for Conrad Dubai is responsible for executing multi-channel marketing initiatives, supporting brand campaigns, and coordinating daily marketing operations to drive awareness, engagement, and commercial performance for the hotel.

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Executive for Conrad Dubai, you will work with the Director of Marketing to increase hotel brand awareness. Specifically, a Marketing Executive for Conrad Dubai will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Execute and coordinate hotel marketing initiatives, supporting brand, F&D, spa and events campaigns
• Manage day to day marketing operations to drive brand awareness and commercial performance
• Assist with and at times, lead on-site photos and hotel filming whilst ensuring all relevant administration duties are completed and approved
• Monitor and support the monthly social media content banks with the Marketing intern
• Support and identify opportunities with the Director of Marketing to grow and develop loyalty marketing activities with Hilton Honors and other booking incentive schemes
• Create weekly Marketing presentations, Marketing expense tracker, and monthly Marketing reports with all the updates
• Monitor and review all third-party website content, ensure it is accurate and current
• Supports and assist management of all marketing projects, including resources with budget implications
• Produce tracking documents and hotel fact sheets, including preparing PowerPoint presentations with excellent attention to details, as directed by the head of department
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing effective content management across all available channels, including hotel website, OTAs, social media, mobile marketing, and partnership programs
• Establish and maintain effective rapport and open communication with all hotel disciplines
• Work effectively with the Marketing Team, as well as supporting relationships with cluster and regional levels on relevant project and promotion campaigns

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrates self-starter with excellent attention to details
