Hilton is looking for Sales Support to support the administrative and reporting efforts and processes of multiple Hilton Worldwide Sales teams including IBT, MICE, ASO, BEAC, Leisure, Luxury and Sports. The role will also support with the management of some group opportunities received from a portfolio of Hilton Worldwide Sales managed accounts, who are looking to work with Hilton Worldwide properties and destinations.
The Sales Support role will sit within the centralized Sales Support team and will provide administration support for the relevant HWS Account Managers and Directors across Europe, Middle East & Africa, and provide administrative support to the Hilton Direct Account Executives.
The Sales Support role is administrative support predominantly for the relevant HWS Account Managers and Directors across Europe, Middle East & Africa, however, may also include other members of the HWS EMEA team.
What will I be doing?
The specialist will be responsible to provide administrative tasks that will include the extraction and maintenance of data/ reporting, creation of customer & internal presentations, inbox management, travel and expenses, maintenance of IBT account information in Salesforce, RFP processing, ad hoc event support and any other reasonable admin support request; as well as liaising with clients both internal and external (if required).
There will be an element of system inputting (Salesforce) support in the management of group opportunities from the managed portfolio of accounts as well as chasing hotels for proposals.

Qualifications
• University degree/ Diploma or experience in lieu thereof
• Significant work experience in administrative roles requiring a high level of organization.
• Advance knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Intermediate knowledge of SalesForce
• Basic knowledge of Micro Strategy; or similar reporting/data source tools
• Experience working in multi-cultural or international settings.
• Fluency in English
