Record and manage attendance on the Cadena system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Create new employee profiles and update employee information on Cadena; monitor data status regularly.
Manage and track employee compensatory leave and overtime; reconcile data with payroll.
Compile and prepare the monthly meal allowance report for all employees.
Monitor employee resignation paperwork, draft and issue termination decisions.
Maintain and archive personnel files, labor contracts, and contract appendices in compliance with company regulations.
Assist in reviewing monthly payroll, allowances, overtime, and leave data.
Support the preparation of documents for social insurance (SI) registration/termination and personal income tax (PIT) when required.
Prepare regular HR reports and other reports as assigned by the supervisor.
Perform other C&B-related tasks as assigned.
Graduated from College/University majoring in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 6 months of experience in C&B candidates with experience using Cadena or similar HRM systems are preferred.
Basic knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work both independently and in a team.
