Translation of documents and emails (Japanese ↔ English), preparation of audit documents, support for HR-related matters, and management of training programs
Preparation of meeting minutes and reports, time and attendance management, expense processing, procurement tasks, invoice management, and preparation/handling of documents related to government authorities
Handling departmental mail, expense processing, and procurement activities
Answering phone calls, liaising with external vendors, and performing general administrative duties
Requirements
Banquet experience preferred
Native-level proficiency in Japanese
Business-level proficiency in English
Basic PC skills (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to interact with colleagues with consideration and respect
Experience working in a hotel environment is preferred
