Food And Drink Marketing Operational Intern
Your role is to support the marketing team in achieving its goals, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, and contributing to the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Support the Food & Drinks division with menu design, correction and implementation, including digital QR code menu updates.
- Actively participate and create content for F&D trainings provided by the third party, as well as competitions attended by chefs and bartenders.
- Together with venue managers/chefs/beverage manager and F&D director/Executive Chef, brainstorm and discuss opportunities for promotions, activations and identify focus points to drive a successful business from a marketing standpoint.
- Participate in all F&D related photoshoots and video shoots and create a folio of dishes and beverages pictures to be used periodically for promotion purposes.
- Aid in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including F&D social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop creative content for F&D marketing campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating F&D events such as wine dinners, bar takeovers, pool parties, etc.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Updates to be provided on a weekly basis.
- Provide administrative support to the F&D team, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and managing files and documents.
- Participate in marketing meetings to maintain a record of monthly actions, goals & objectives.
- Collaborate with Influencers.
- Act as a main liaison person between the F&D division and the Marketing department.
- Any additional tasks as required by F&D director/Executive Chef.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience.
- Experience with cash handling.
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
