What Will You Do?

• Processing medium to large requests in the group and event area
• Offer creation and consultation and planning together with the customer
• Contract creation and negotiations
• Instruction and control of advance payments
• Creation of group and function sheets
• Close cooperation and consultation with the relevant departments in the house
• Settlement of accounts
• Hotel tours and presentations
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• General administrative tasks
• Creation and editing of various reports
• Independent processing of projects
• Onboarding of new employees

What Do You Bring With You?

• A completed vocational training in the hotel/event sector or a comparable degree
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position
• Enjoy planning events and events
• Flexibility and organizational skills
• Enjoy working in a team
• Structured working method
• Very good manners
• Enjoy working with international customers and colleagues
• Fluent German and English skills
• Prior experience with Delphi software is an advantage
