The DoubleTree by Hilton Complex is seeking their next Complex Sales Manager to support both Boston Downtown and Boston Bayside locations. Both properties are located minutes away from public transportation options with the most scenic Boston views. This position will report to the Complex Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the sales and servicing of the combined 464 rooms and 2,000+ square foot of meeting space.
Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of sales experience in a hotel group sales environment or a related event management field, with a proven track record of converting group leads and managing group conference details into successful bookings. They will demonstrate strong knowledge of the Boston market to foster positive client engagement and drive revenue growth.
