As the Marketing and Communications Executive, you will work with the Director of Marketing and use your creativity, energy, and passion for hospitality to implement marketing plans and activities for the hotels to increase brand awareness and communicate promotions. You will take ownership of all marketing content on brand websites and social media channels, analyse on-line marketing reports and make recommendations as a result, champion promotions, special events and activities for our outlets, carry out regular brand checks and audits, work with local third-party partners, including local media, and maintain professional working relationships with local official bodies. You will work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges.
We are looking for excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. A creative mindset and sharp eye for detail, with proven experience managing social media across multiple platforms, are essential. Ability to keep up to date with current market trends, with a desire to always explore fresh ideas to keep our brand ahead of the curve, is required. Previous Marketing/Communications experience in a similar hotel or leisure environment is preferred. Excellent organisational and planning skills, ability to work under pressure at all times, and knowledge and confident use of computer design/graphic software would be preferable.
