With 49 meeting rooms, including the largest ballroom spanning 21,673 square feet, it's an ideal destination for conferences, conventions, and upscale gatherings in the heart of Manhattan.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set in the local social catering market, with expertise in corporate events and galas. They should have a minimum of two years of experience, demonstrate the ability to network and generate new business opportunities, and exhibit a genuine passion for success.
Shift Pattern: The role operates within business hours Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with required full availability to adjust work hours and work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays for client engagement.
Salary Range: This is a salaried position starting at $100,000.00 annually and will be aligned with the candidate's experience and qualifications. This role qualifies to be part of Hilton's Sales Incentive program.

What will I be doing:
As a Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing market segment(s), including soliciting new customer relationships, negotiating business through proposals and contracts to close deals, and creating menus and events to maximize revenue and enhance the event experience. Maintain existing relationships with corporate and social accounts. Fostering all internal customer relationships to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the contracting, pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events. This position primarily handles complex social events. Directs event logistics to affected departments and team members responsible for event execution. Serve as the primary contact and is responsible for his/her experience.
