The Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager plays an essential role in supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager in achieving key objectives outlined in the annual marketing and PR plan. This role directly contributes to the success of all resort revenue-generating areas — including Food & Beverage, Spa, Gym, Kids' Club, Dive and Water Sports Centre, Tennis, Accommodations, Weddings, and Destination Dining — by helping to drive visibility, engagement, and commercial performance.
The position involves managing individual projects across marketing, media relations, social media, and internal communications, while performing day-to-day administrative duties to the highest standards. It is key to creating a consistent multi-channel experience for our guests and maintaining a powerful online and offline brand presence.
