Director Of Luxury Group Sales
Hilton is seeking an experienced Director of Luxury Group Sales to manage a portfolio of unique Luxury Group accounts and act as the Luxury specialist on shared HWS accounts located in UK&I.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing accounts to drive revenue and market share growth for our luxury portfolio of hotels while contributing to the account growth for Hilton.
You will ensure the clients' needs are met while identifying viable opportunities for deliberate initiatives designed to improve operational and financial performance. You will need to have a deep knowledge of customer procurement strategies, structure, and businesses in alignment with all stakeholders within Hilton. As the Director, you will qualify new accounts, ensuring compliance to account governance protocols.
In this elevated role, the Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional Hilton stakeholders to align account strategies, strengthen luxury positioning, and deliver mutually beneficial commercial outcomes. You will represent Hilton Luxury Brands at key industry events and forums, enhancing brand visibility and cultivating high-value relationships. Additionally, you will lead the planning and execution of strategic initiatives—both client-specific and multi-client—to drive growth, innovation, and long-term competitive advantage within the luxury group segment.
What will I be doing?
- Establish Hilton Luxury Brands awareness and loyalty in market by directly selling to luxury Group partners.
- Create and contribute to strategic account plans to build a loyal customer base.
- Build a strong network of Luxury Group customers in the designated EMEA markets and drive revenue from these accounts to Hilton Luxury Brands hotels globally, working with other luxury sellers in the HWS Luxury teams and on-property.
- Represent Hilton Luxury Brands at industry trade shows, special industry events, roadshows, and other activities to elevate customer awareness of Hilton to drive segment growth.
- Maintain and collaborate with fellow Hilton Worldwide Sales account partners on account planning strategy to facilitate growth.
- Aggregate client opportunity-based data and evaluate areas of potential growth.
- Anticipate client needs and actively develop an approach that is tailored to each customer.
- Actively plan and manage luxury curated client event(s) within your assigned geographic area of deployment. Ensure hotel partners receive maximum exposure to qualified clients.
- Highlight account-based market trends on a regular cadence and compare findings to prior years' results to benchmark & direct growth.
- Engage in relevant industry organizations.
- Ensure revenue targets are achieved. This involves accurate forecasting quarterly and annually for Hilton's luxury hotels & resorts.
- Generate leads and develop opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental revenue. Identify and form positive partnerships with key decision makers and influencers.
- Ensure revenue and ancillary goals/targets are achieved.
- Support the Luxury Sales EMEA team for ad-hoc projects.
- Build positive internal and external relationships to influence people.
What are we looking for?
Required Qualifications
- Experienced within the Luxury Group Market with well-established relationships already in place
- Professional experience, Luxury hospitality industry experience preferred
- Above property national or global sales experience OR experience with a minimum of two (2) hotels
- Highly collaborative mindset with ability to positively add value to engagement, internally and externally
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and preferably Salesforce
- Strong negotiation skills to maximize value for internal and external partners
- Ability to travel (Up to 50%)
