Quality Engineer I
Sigma Defense is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Engineer I to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our quality assurance efforts, ensuring compliance with established standards, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment through application of the 5S methodology.
The ideal candidate will bring excellent organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems, and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy. Success in this role will depend on the ability to learn a variety of new skills and ask questions when encountering something unclear. We value technicians who understand not just how to perform QC tasks, but also why they're being done, and how they support product performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. A solid grasp of precision and the purpose behind each test helps ensure issues are caught before they become problems.
