Werkstudent (M/W/D) Im Bereich Hr Data & Ai

As a student (m/w/d) in the HR Data & AI department, you will support our team with topics related to communication, data governance, and data quality. You will work on exciting projects that shape the future of HR and contribute to further developing our data strategy, governance structures, and the data & AI community.

1. HR Data & AI Communication

• Maintenance and updating of content on HR SharePoint and intranet pages.
• Organization and structuring of HR documents and data information.
• Creation and design of communication materials (e.g., presentations, newsletters, visuals, videos).
• Support in community calls, events, and stakeholder communication.

2. Community Management

• Participation in the organization and execution of HR Data & AI community calls and events.
• Development of new communication formats (e.g., videos, digital campaigns).
• Coordination of feedback on communication channels.

3. Data Governance & Data Quality

• Support in the implementation of HR data governance guidelines.
• Collaboration in the analysis, documentation, and development of HR data quality standards.
• Research and preparation of information in the HR Data & AI area.

Your qualifications:

• Enrolled student (m/w/d) in a relevant field of study (e.g., business administration, (business) informatics, data science, HR management, communication sciences, or comparable).
• Strong interest in HR data, AI, governance, and data quality.
• Proficient use of MS Office, ideally also with SharePoint and intranet systems.
• Creativity and a sense for target-group-appropriate communication.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
• Very good (C1) German and English language skills in speech and writing.
• First experiences in the field of communication, HR, or data management are advantageous.
