Your Role
1. Operate and maintain facility systems (including HVAC, air compressors, liquid nitrogen systems, cooling towers and chillers, water supply, drainage, and wastewater treatment) to ensure stable operation, continuous utility supply, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Perform routine meter readings, inspections, and handle abnormalities in facility systems.
3. Conduct risk assessments of facility equipment operations and drive continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with customer requirements and support project execution.
5. Promote and implement energy-saving and carbon-reduction initiatives to achieve sustainable operations.
6. Maintain and operate fire protection systems.
7. Execute facility budgets and control operating expenses.
8. Carry out other assigned tasks.
Who You Are
1. Education: Associate degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant facility operations experience in the optoelectronics, semiconductor, or chemical manufacturing sectors, with a strong understanding of wastewater treatment systems and fire protection systems.
