We developed and are commercializing the first and only FDA and EC approved medicine for adults with desmoid tumors and the first and only FDA and EC approved medicine for both adults and children with neurofibromatosis type 1 associated plexiform neurofibromas (NF1-PN). Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the successful launch and commercialization of two rare oncology brands in a hands-on and dynamic manner
  • Develop and execute marketing and communication tactics in alignment with brand strategy and objectives
  • Create or localize marketing materials for different stakeholders (e.g., HCPs, patients) in alignment with local needs and field teams
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns via omnichannel approach (digital, print, events) including KPI tracking to assess campaign success and ROI
  • Conduct market research & collect relevant insights to identify local market requirements, considering trends and competitors
  • Coordinate launch activities and contribute to marketing strategy incorporating consolidated insights from market research and internal teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., with Sales, Market Access teams) providing product knowledge, marketing materials, and training sessions
  • Plan and implement local presence at congresses, symposia and other relevant stakeholder events in cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage and partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing tactics
  • Ensure compliance of marketing activities with local regulations and industry standards, working closely with legal and regulatory teams
  • Track marketing KPIs and budget; proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement and operational efficiency

The position is based in Munich, Germany.

Who you are:

  • BSc or higher in marketing/communication/business related degree or similar
  • 5+ years experience in marketing or other relevant role in the rare oncology or closely related rare disease pharmaceutical industry
  • Launch experience required, previous sales experience beneficial
  • Deep knowledge of the local healthcare system
  • Experience with traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and research findings to inform strategic decisions
  • Sound project management skills with ability to manage complex requirements, prioritize and execute
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong sense of urgency and proven ability to organize and prioritize for execution and completion
  • Demonstrable drive for high performance and results
  • Fluency in English and German
