We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Expert / Service Delivery Manager with over 15 years of expertise in SAP system administration, security management, and Basis operations. This dual role is pivotal in leading security initiatives and managing the delivery of SAP services to ensure optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Management: Lead the implementation and management of Security Bridge tools to enhance security protocols and protect SAP environments from vulnerabilities.
- Configure and customize Security Bridge tools to monitor SAP systems for compliance with security policies and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits using Security Bridge to identify risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Analyze security logs and reports generated by Security Bridge to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
- Design and enforce robust user access controls and authorization protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Service Delivery Management: Ensure consistent implementation of the service management framework, including business annual service reviews, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) sign-off, KPI definition, and service performance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into SAP applications and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime through effective service delivery management.
- Operational Vendor Management: Report vendor service performance against established processes and identify improvement plans based on gaps and defined requirements.
- Secure timely issuance of periodic performance reports and conduct annual service reviews.
- Incident and Problem Management: Ensure service management reporting aligns with the service catalog and stakeholder/business requirements, focusing on availability, effectiveness, and efficiency of ticket handling.
- Manage disaster recovery plans and coordinate DR tests to ensure business continuity.
- Support the optimization and harmonization of the service management framework.
Skills and Competencies:
- Extensive knowledge of SAP technologies, including NetWeaver, HANA, and BTP.
- Proficiency in managing Security Bridge tools and integrating them within SAP environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex system issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience in change and incident management processes, with a solid understanding of application security best practices.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and listening abilities.
