As a Sales Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for the operational execution of commercial processes in SAP, ensuring the correct management of approval flows, documentation, and follow-up on commercial agreements with clients and distributors. You will administer and follow up on the commercial agreements' regulatory framework, acting as the point of contact for the generation, sending, receiving, and confirmation of credit notes derived from commercial discounts.
The role includes calculating discounts and payments corresponding to clients or distributors, monthly analysis of commercial conditions results, and communication of the main findings to the commercial and marketing team. You will also be responsible for the elaboration and maintenance of commercial investment reports and dashboards, as well as the correct execution of the entire process in SAP, handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
Experience of 1 to 2 years in sales administration, commercial processes, or similar roles.
University degree (required).
Intermediate English, with the ability to maintain occasional conversations in work contexts.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, and automated calculations).
Ability to create dashboards from scratch in Power BI using available databases, without requiring additional training.
Experience in managing databases and commercial information analysis.
Experience in the administrative management of commercial agreements, generation of credit notes for discounts, and follow-up with clients or distributors.
Good communication for constant interaction with distributors and internal areas.
General knowledge of SAP (required).
Basic programming knowledge as an added value.
