Your role:
Qualify and assign client and commercial requests from Spanish and French customers received via our CRM (Salesforce.com).
Create new accounts and contacts in Salesforce.com if necessary.
Communicate standard delivery times on request and inform customers about the status of their orders.
Act as the first level of support for regulatory or quality-related document requests, following the workflows in place.
Guide customers to online self-service solutions.
Conditions:
Temporary position until December 31, 2025, based in Molsheim (67). Ideal start date in October 2025.
Who you are:
You have initial professional experience in a client-oriented environment, preferably in B2B, in an industrial sector.
You are organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, detail-oriented, and open-minded.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills, favor collaboration and team spirit, and are willing to follow remote training and telework if necessary.
You are proficient in office tools, notably Microsoft Office and Outlook, and experience with Oracle, SAP, and/or the CRM Salesforce.com is an asset.
You are fluent in French, Spanish, and professional English, both orally and in writing.
