EMD Electronics is seeking a Supervisor for its North America Field Service team. The Supervisor will oversee Field Service Leads and Engineers working on systems at customer locations that maintain supply of chemicals and gases to a semiconductor manufacturing environment that makes the chips used in electronic devices such as Smart Phones, LED's, and Flat Screen TV's. The Supervisor will receive direction from the North American Field Service Manager and be responsible for cascading division goals, objectives, and directives to their area in gas, chemical or slurry systems. They will be accountable for the development, training, and certification of people, as well as execution of activities in the field. The Supervisor will also be responsible for the development of new business systems, implementation of services standards, provide customer solutions and work with commercial support staff.
The Supervisor will be expected to work an in-office work schedule, typically Monday through Friday 7-4 with some off-hour support.

Pay Range for this position - $95,700 to $150,000/year
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
