Handle spare parts, ordering, visit scheduling, and control the entire service process using CRM (SVMAX).
Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships regarding technology service with distributor channels, support, and customer representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain highly responsive relationships and effective communication with customers, the sales department, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive business results by creating service contracts and conducting frequent preventative maintenance visits to boost consumable sales.
Maintain a commercial mindset and work closely with the sales organization and distributors.
Perform total system-level troubleshooting on complex, multi-symptom problems.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Science, Engineering, etc.).
5~10 years of working experience in the relevant field (lab instruments or medical devices preferred).
Experience in other instruments, electronics, equipment, or related fields will also be considered.
Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability in work.
