Your Role: Installs, operates, repairs, validation, and modifies complex, technical equipment with minimal supervision. Handling spare parts, ordering, visit scheduling, and all of service process control by CRM (SVMAX). Responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships in terms of technology service with distributor's channels by support and customer representatives ensuring customer satisfaction. Establishing and maintaining a highly responsive relationship and effective communication with customers, sales department, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Driving business results by making service contracts, frequent preventative maintenance visits to boost up selling consumables. Be more commercial mindset & close co-working with Sales organization and distributors. Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Lifescience, Engineering, etc.). 3~5 years' work experience in the relevant field (Lab instrument or Medical Devices is preferred). Other Instrument/Electronics/Equipment or related experience can be considered. Business proficiency in English. Driving License.
