This role can be based out of Denmark or Sweden. Join our team as a Field Sales Specialist and play a pivotal role in expanding our BioMonitoring Food & Beverage business across the Nordic region. This is your chance to take charge of prospecting, hunting for new opportunities, and building relationships directly from the field, with some online meetings included. You'll be working with our innovative BioMonitoring solutions, including EZ-Fit, EZ-Pak, ReadyStream, Assurance GDS, and culture media. Expect to travel about 50-60% of the time for customer visits, product demonstrations, and engaging discussions that drive sales growth. Collaborate closely with our regional sales team to accelerate market penetration and secure new business. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and a clear career path.

Whether you're starting your career or bringing years of expertise, we'd like to hear from you if you have a hunting mindset. Proven experience in microbiology, food safety, food quality, or laboratory testing. Eager to discover new accounts and create opportunities. Solid technical understanding of microbiology workflows, including pathogens, indicators, environmental monitoring, and sample preparation. Fluent in English, with proficiency in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian. Willingness to travel approximately 50-60% of the time across the Nordic region. Dynamic, self-driven, and capable of working independently, with excellent communication skills. Proficient in Excel, including managing pivot tables, as this will be part of your daily tasks.
