As a Director Sales, you will take the lead in driving the commercial development of the CRO business for HUB Organoid. Your primary focus will be on customer success and ensuring service fulfillment, all while achieving our revenue growth objectives. You will manage a dedicated team of sales specialists and scientific sales experts, guiding them to excel in their roles. Your strategic vision will help develop and implement effective technical sales strategies and commercial plans. You will cultivate strong customer relationships and manage territories to foster business growth. Leadership will be key as you build a high-performing sales team that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of partnering with customers to accelerate drug development. Who You Are:

  • You hold a Master's degree in science, business, or a related field.
  • You have over 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 10 years in a managerial position.
  • You possess advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and customer relationship management.
  • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and implementing successful strategies.
  • Experience working within a CRO organization is highly preferred.
  • You are skilled in market analysis and familiar with corporate procedures and policies.
  • You demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
