Customer Service Specialist

The customer service specialist is responsible for the execution of the entire customer process, from the moment an order is placed to taking care of after sales service. He/She guarantees the quality of our supply chain and you are therefore in contact with key accounts, sales colleagues and manufacturing sites.

Your role

  • Coordinating and executing customer service activities, including order management, customer communications, managing customer's complaints and special handling tasks.
  • Responsible for compliance with global, business, and department processes, procedures, and practices, including Basic Safety Process, Product Stewardship, regulatory and SOX requirements.
  • Managing customer incoming/outgoing emails, phone calls, customer websites or company websites, faxes and other customer specific requirements in the business.
  • Provide vendor managed inventory for order replenishment if applicable
  • Managing special handling tasks for electronic customers including consignment activities, blanket purchase order management, customer website transactions, forecasts and replenishment orders, stock reconciliation and other special requests for the business.
  • Communicating effectively with different functional teams in the business and support functions including Sales, Sales Support, Supply Chain, Quality and Market Management.
  • Create billing documents and issue tax invoice
  • Manage and coordinate customer returns such as full container, empty container, refurbishing container, customer owned containers.

Who you are

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-3 years working experience in customer service
  • Commercial mindset: Should be able to quickly learn about and understand customer needs
  • Have a process driven mindest and constantly seeking continuous process improvement, problem solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Order-To-Cash processing, logistics and SCM
  • Customer Service experience highly preferred
  • Experience using SAP SD module
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
