Your Role

Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalate requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Manage customer orders, check inventory availability or shipment status, and verify customer pricing.

Responsible for managing quotations in close collaboration with the sales representative and enforcing our pricing policy.

Support sales representatives in their daily activities to meet sales objectives.

Act as an interface between the sales organization in the field, supply chain, regulatory affairs, marketing, and all other relevant departments for the dedicated area of responsibility.

Serve as the entry point for first-level commercial and regulatory questions from our internal and external clients received via mail, phone, or fax.

Prepare and process customer returns for credit and/or replacement.

Handle requests for all types of commercial documents intended for our customers, such as product datasheets.

Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently while continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Perform other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree or above. At least 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing environment (Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Sales, etc.). Experience in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or biochemistry is a plus. Excellent computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SFDC and SAP is a plus. A positive attitude towards dealing with key customers, driven by a strong sensitivity to customer satisfaction. Enjoy working in an international team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to promote good relationships within the team and ensure two-way communication. Organized, capable of multitasking, open-minded, and flexible in a changing environment, with the ability to adjust accordingly. Fluent in English, both conversationally and in writing.
