Your role: You will be in charge of managing the order flow and commercial relations. You will answer incoming client calls and make outbound calls to follow up on their requests. You will also manage customer complaints, update customer and item data, and participate in the continuous improvement of customer service processes. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and high-quality service.

Who you are: Student in BTS. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and working in a team. You show listening and empathy towards customers.
