✨ About The Role
- Evangelize the Sift platform by demonstrating how the technology works and provides value to prospects' technical teams
- Work with Sift's largest prospects to identify critical problems and unlock opportunities through bespoke product integrations
- Develop internal knowledge, tooling, and processes to eliminate friction and standardize Sift's go-to-market strategy, making the sales cycle more efficient
- Influence the product roadmap by analyzing market feedback from enterprise prospects to lead Sift towards product-market-fit
- Collaborate with product managers to stay ahead of the market and move towards emerging digital fraud trends
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in technical sales and working with customers, with a drive and passion for SaaS-based analytics or data management platforms
- Strong technical background in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills, able to convey complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, make decisions with minimal supervision, and continuously learn
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, or similar, with experience in web servers and common databases
