Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain Varian LINAC systems
• Provide remote support and phone assistance to customers and field engineers
• Train and mentor less experienced engineers
• Handle customer escalations and complex technical issues
• Use remote tools and knowledge systems for efficient support
• Guide customers on equipment operation and maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/ Electrical/Biomedical
• 7-10 years' service experience Varian LINAC
• Strong technical knowledge of LINAC systems
• IT and networking skills
• Self-motivated team player
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to train and support other engineers
