Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Molecular Imaging S&OP process, driving a cross-functional enterprise-wide governance to drive a unified plan for the business and provide executive visibility
- Deploy statistical forecasting methodologies and close alignment with sales and strategy teams to drive forecast accuracy. Highly focused on strategic forecasting vs. tactical forecasting of production plans
- Co-ordinate across functions to capture full business requirements and considerations, ranging from PLM, SCM, Sales & Marketing, Strategy, Strategic Procurement, and Service (CSML included)
- Liaise with supply planning across the 3 main production facilities (Hoffman, Rockford Detectors & Rockford Crystals) to translate the global forecast into optimized demand profiles
- Drive SAP integrity and ensure MRP accurately reflects the needs of the business
- Create and manage KPIs and performance initiatives to enable reporting and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization
- Liaise with Finance to manage inventory planning and forecasting tied to demand.
Your Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years of supply chain/planning experience within a med tech environment or within a relevant highly regulated industry
- Experience in leading and participating in S&OP processes in medium to large enterprises
- Knowledge of MRP, ideally SAP and associated supporting technologies e.g. Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Ability to travel 10-25% of the time to drive cross-site collaboration and alignment
- Experience in complex stakeholder management and matrix organizations across various functions (outside of SCM)
- Comfortable providing executive management communication and reporting
- Strong leadership and ability to navigate challenging stakeholders and circumstances to ensure optimum outcome for the business
- Analytical history, able to deploy statistical methodologies to challenge and drive forecasts and plans
- Product orientated, with experience of navigating complex bills of materials and product taxonomy to help influence planning strategies
