As a Product Verification Engineer, you will utilize technical skills for developing, maintaining, and executing test cases for verifying the functional requirements of our treatment delivery systems products. You will be part of an international and diverse development team that works efficiently in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.
• Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
• Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
• Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
• Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software.
• Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing.

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in a technical support role.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify root causes.
• Self-driven learner with the ability to master new technologies quickly.
• Reliable, tenacious, and a true team player.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have:

• Background in medical physics or image processing.
• Experience with Varian Linear Accelerators (C-series, TrueBeam, Halcyon).
• German language proficiency.
