Designs, implements, maintains, enhances, tests, monitors and investigate production issues with the software.

We're looking for a Data Reliability Engineer to join the Data Reliability Engineering (DRE) team. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues across visualizations built in Power BI, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, SQL, and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3-6 years of experience in providing L4/ engineering support for data and application issues in production.
• Troubleshoot Power BI, ADF pipeline failures, SQL/Snowflake query issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate permanent fixes with core development teams.
• Monitor system health, automate routine checks, and maintain runbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident/change management processes.

Skills Required:

• Strong in Power BI, SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with monitoring and visualization tools (Splunk, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Snowflake (queries, optimization, monitoring). Azure Data Factory and ETL workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Experience in data reliability or observability frameworks.
