This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Plant IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• You will be a part of a team that manages all aspects of operational technology for 47 radiopharmaceutical manufacturing distribution centers in USA/EU/India
• You will focus on server administration, manufacturing workstation administration, manufacturing software administration/configuration/troubleshooting, and all manner of network connectivity from manufacturing devices on LAN to WAN connectivity for central applications in cloud
• You will work with the local manufacturing teams to resolve any technology issues during production to assist with manufacturing success
• You will be part of the after-hours on call rotation as needed outside of follow the sun support for US, EU, and India locations
• You will become the subject matter expert for the PETNET Help Desk System (Zendesk)
• Assisting/driving Cybersecurity topics such as wifi security and zero trust initiatives
• Assist with hardware builds and implementation of desktop systems and instrument control network equipment.

• You have 3-5 years of experience supporting technology in manufacturing environments.
• You are familiar with Windows Server environment.
• You are knowledgeable in LAN and WAN.
• You prefer to let the automation do the work
• You can quickly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to understand the root cause of the problem
• You are willing to learn new technologies and contribute ideas to improve old processes
• You consider documentation as important as any other aspect of your responsibilities
• You take initiative when you see something is broken
• You work well with a team or independently.
• You can identify work that needs to be setup as a project and manage accordingly. You participate in larger projects to drive implementation in your assigned areas.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Proven experience with Windows environments, Linux experience is a plus
• Proven experience in networking, basic LAN experience required, WAN experience a plus
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server/SQL scripting is a plus
• Windows batch scripting and/or powershell scripting is a plus
• Experience working with the cloud technology, AWS experience is a plus
• Cybersecurity experience or training is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is:

$98,140 - $134,937

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
