Apply now for the position of Entry Level Operations Leadership Development Program Associate. The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) places you in the center of some of the most dynamic areas of Siemens Healthineers' business operations. You will learn the application of LEAN & Six Sigma tools and apply these skills to improve the business strategy for manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and procurement.

The Operations Track provides you with the skills needed to become but not limited to a Process Improvement Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineering, Production Planner, Lean Specialist, Systems Engineer, Project Manager, Scientist, or Biochemist in support of daily operations at one of our many global factories.

The OLDP is a two-year, 100% on-site program that consists of three, eight-month rotational assignments to our factory sites. The locations of the rotational assignments include but are not limited to East Walpole, Massachusetts, Glasgow (Newark), Delaware, and Elkhart, Indiana.

Each rotation strives to develop leaders of tomorrow by introducing participants to a vast network of colleagues, cultivating hands on leadership experiences across varying departments and offering opportunities to expand technical and interpersonal skill sets through highly impactful projects.

We're looking for people who are resourceful with a natural inept for problem solving and who challenge themselves to find the most effective and efficient solutions to complex challenges. Target Start Date: Late June 2026

Your role:

  • You will be mentored from our team of innovators and will gain access to network with key stakeholders and decision makers across the organization. You will obtain exposure and experience working for a global, matrixed environment whose priority is solving global challenges.
  • Program Participants will partake in several learning workshops and training courses to develop a well-rounded understanding of the main process elements of Supply Chain. And will develop a broad internal and external network within the Supply Chain organization.
  • Each OLDP Associate will have a Program Mentor for the duration of the two-year program and access to a broad network of current Associates and Alumni for support.
  • During each rotation, a site-specific Rotational Manager will be assigned to assure development and progress is occurring, and will conduct weekly and daily check-ins as appropriate. Routine interaction with the OLDP Program Director is expected as well as multiple networking events and one-on-ones with Supply Chain senior management and our Executive Sponsor.
  • During your second rotation you may be assigned as a "buddy" for summer Interns and new Associates.
  • This rotational program is on-site for all rotations. A willingness to travel, and flexibility, including short-term international deployment, is expected.

Your expertise:

  • Majors: BS/BA – Operations/Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Biochemistry and Biology related sciences, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Molding Engineering, Distribution Management, Automation and similar.
  • Graduation Date: Must graduate by the program start date, but no more than seven months prior (must graduate by December 2025 or May 2026)
  • Recommended Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required.
