It Strategy & Governance

• Define and execute the IT DX strategy in alignment with business objectives and the global Healthineers IT strategy team.
• Develop long-term roadmaps, ensuring scalability and future-readiness.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards to drive accountability and compliance.
• Plan and host strategic IT meetings such as Digi-IT Board with the DX MT

Innovation & Digital Transformation

• Identify emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the business.
• Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the IT function.
• Lead strategic projects to drive change in the organization

Management & Operation

• Lead and develop a high-performing global team for e.g., Project Management, IT Communication, Quality management, etc.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for DX IT and ensure timely reporting to management.
• Drive IT internal programs such as: Structured Workforce planning, Agile programs, HPS or Risk Management.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership

• Translate complex IT technology concepts into clear business impacts for executives and stakeholders.
• Build strong vendor and partner relationships to maximize value and innovation.
• Represent the organization in internal and external forums if needed.

Team & Talent Development

• Define role profiles, qualifications, and development paths for your team members.
• Promote continuous learning and lead awareness and training initiatives across the organization.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for direct reports and extended team.

Budget & Resource Management

• Develop, justify, and manage the IT Strategy & Management Services budget.
• Ensure effective use of resources and adherence to approved budgets and spending plans.
