Come and join our global team as a Field Service Representative working with our medical diagnostic imaging equipment to be based out of Vancouver, British Columbia.

As a Field Service Representative you will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment
• Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution
• Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems
• Controlling and completing electronic documentation
• Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material
• Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties
• Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support

Requirements to have to be successful this role:

• Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma
• Solid computer skills
• Customer service experience
• Field service experience is an asset
• Valid driver's license
• Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes
• Must have a valid passport

The expected compensation for this position is:

$62,500 - $89,500

Factors which may affect starting compensation within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position. These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SIN) Criminal background checks, Immunizations and Annual TB testing Healthcare training.
