Currently, we are looking to strengthen our brachytherapy team with a Field Service Engineer in full-time for the greater Baden-Württemberg/Bavaria area. Our Field Service Engineers ensure that our state-of-the-art systems run reliably and contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our customers and the best possible care of our patients.

Your tasks as a Field Service Engineer:

  • You are the main contact person for our customers (hospitals and private practices) in the areas of installation, service, and repair, ensuring the flawless operation of our brachytherapy irradiation systems.
  • You take over upgrades and upgrades, order necessary spare parts, and plan your deployments independently.
  • You work closely with project management in the planning and preparation of new systems.
  • You are part of our EMEA helpdesk team and support our customers with technical questions.
  • You are in close contact with hospital and practice staff to analyze errors, provide advice, and conduct device training.
  • You evaluate machine data using software analysis tools and create detailed service reports, service tickets, and documentation.

Your profile:

  • You have a successfully completed technician's training or a technical degree (e.g. electrical or medical engineering).
  • You also have initial experience in the maintenance and repair of electronic devices.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in radiation protection (expertise S2.3).
  • You convince with your experience in handling electronic measuring devices for fault diagnosis.
  • Your profile is complemented by your willingness to work with customers on site, an excellent ability to communicate, and a reliable work ethic.
  • You have the willingness for regular regional and occasional EMEA-wide business trips.
  • Additionally, you have very good German and English language skills in speech and writing and a valid driver's license.
