Maintenance Technician

Maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on all equipment utilized in the Crystal Growth facility.

  • Plans and executes assigned maintenance projects.
  • Own PM and Maintenance of Annealing Furnace Fleet
  • Analyzes technical problems on site, and completes repairs and work orders, with specific reference to mechatronic systems.
  • Contributes to installation projects on site and support accountable Industrial Engineers.
  • Supports maintenance of technical documentations of processes and equipment.
  • General Mechanical Maintenance, Install, repair, and maintain production equipment including slicing saws, CNCs, grinding equipment, annealing furnaces, automation components etc.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes or implement new equipment
  • Quality System Compliance
  • Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, listening, oral and written
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time
  • Prioritize, track and process multiple projects at the same time

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional internal and external teammates in the mechanical, software, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and service organizations.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented to produce high quality results in a timely fashion.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • 2-year technical degree or demonstration of applicable technical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail in the execution of job responsibilities
  • Ability to accomplish multiple parallel projects and manage priorities
  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude
  • Mechanical power transmission
  • CNC familiarity
  • Technical Troubleshooting
  • Basic electrical understanding of both AC and DC applications, applicable work experience preferred.
